Drinking Gin Mare will transport you to our coast at the height of summer. With its eternal blue sky, its characteristic scent of rosemary, basil and thyme, the sea breeze on your skin… Gin Mare is made using traditional techniques from the Mediterranean, through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all the characteristics of each botanical in the final product.

GIN MARE is crafted using traditional Mediterranean techniques and rhythms, with the sole intention of creating a most exceptional gin: starting with its premium barley, on to its delicate maceration and the independent distilling of each plant through to the signature blending, allowing each plant to express itself in the end product and the unmatched experience of the master craftsman.

Aromas:
largely characterized by its spicy, herbal and citrus notes.

The balance of GIN MARE’s more traditional ingredients, along with the Arbequina olives, basil, thyme and rosemary, account for its markedly different aromatic profile when compared with other gins.

The added benefit of these extra aromatic components enables us to pair GIN MARE with many more food and drink combinations than other gins.
