This Omachi Mai Sake is produced in Okayama City by Miyashita Sake Brewery and is under the "Kiwami Hijiri" Brand of Sake. A soft refined sake thanks to the top quality type of rice used - Takashima Omachi - which finally gives a light aromatic and fragrant taste.
