Brabazon Series 2 has a goal like Series 1, to show an influence of fortified wines on Irish Single Malt whiskey. It also is bottled 49,5 ABV, un-chill filtered and limited to 12 500 bottles. Dried and fresh fruits, vanilla, oak, blueberries, and cholate is easy to notice in this one.
