Giulietta is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg Brut. The ambassador of the magnificent hills north of Venice, UNESCO world heritage, where the grapes ripen. The large temperature variations between day and night create a ideal microclimate that gives the wine an unmistakable finesse, a pleasant freshness and intense aromas of golden apple and acacia flowers.

In order to allow optimal ripening of the grapes, as well to normal cultivation practices, careful attention is carried out topping of the shoots. Production is maintained a lot low to have grapes rich in perfumes and aromas.
