This is a very young and above average white Soave. It has a light yellow colour in the glass. On the nose a very floral and crisp fruity white, with an acidic edge to it all. The taste is also a bit floral, and with fresh apple, pear, some peach, and hints of pineapple, a very fruity white. The acidity is just about right, and this white has 12,5 alcohol to finish the job. A pretty good Soave, suitable for pairing with a light lunch.
