The grapes are hand-picked and produced with a white vinification (must and skins are immediately divided), after a very soft pressing. During the harvest period the sparkling wine is obtained directly from the must. Once fermentation at 14° C is over, the wine is cold for about a week and then filtered and bottled.
Colour and appearance: Straw yellow, brilliant, with a rich and persistent foam and a fine perlage.
Bouquet: Fruity, flowery, with scents of Golden apple and exotic fruit
Taste: Dry, lightly alcoholic, fragrant, fresh, well balanced with intense scents of fruit
