2019 Bigi Vipra Bianca (Chardonnay and Greco Nero)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: A view has bright yellow with greenish reflections.
  • Nose: The nose has soft and fresh almond aroma envelopes, acacia and citrus notes.
  • Mouth: The palate is rich, tasty and fresh, elegantly balanced by an intriguing softness.

APPELLATION: Umbria, Italy.

VINEYARD: Bigi.

GRAPES: Chardonnay, Grechetto.

AGEING: Envecimiento for 5 months on lees steel.

PREPARATION: Vipra Bianca di Bigi derived from grapes Grechetto and Chardonnay Umbria vinification with slow fermentation of about 3 weeks in steel tanks, strictly controlled temperature.

WINE PAIRING: We recommend pairing with appetizers in general, first courses based on fish, white meats, fresh cheeses.
