TASTING NOTES:

  • View: A view has pink color.
  • Nose: The nose is fresh and fruity aroma, pleasing to the beginning and attention. Fruity aromas, reminiscent of fruits of the forest, stone fruits and citrus, bind with subtle floral notes.
  • Mouth: The palate is velvety, balanced and tasty with the long finish, which impresses with its pleasant fruit.

APPELLATION: Umbria, Italy.

VINEYARD: Bigi.

GRAPES: Merlot, Sangiovese.

AGEING: Aging expanded into a stainless steel tank.

PROCESSING: A mixture of 70% Merlot and 30% Sangiovese. Indigenous and international grapes grown in Umbria. Careful fermentation gives pink coral.
